This is Ang! 2024 means that I am nearing a quarter century as a physiotherapist. Wowza! This also means my last year with my first born at home, as time counts down toward an empty nest! (Thank god for my dog) I am ever fascinated by the world and life’s changes, though am less thrilled by those that accompany this whole aging thing! Bright side… it ups my empathy!!

One of my core values is “growth and change”! If you know me, you know I’m a voracious reader and my favorite thing to do is learn and explore ideas. In the last year I took 6 courses with all kinds of new perspectives and research to integrate into practice. I so enjoy supporting clients in understanding, rehabilitating and improving their quality of life.

I am grateful to clients old and new for continuing to support me at Oasis Wellness! Speaking of change … I look forward to exciting things to come and congratulate our new owners, Lee Von Grad and Mark Brown. May this new year we all continue to grow!!
