Our Mental Health Counsellor is a Mental Health Therapist and Registered Social Worker with authorization to perform Restricted Psychosocial Interventions. She has experience in clinical mental health therapy, trauma, animal-assisted therapy, grief and loss, sexual assault, ADHD, family support work, youth/school issues, and high conflict family dynamics.

Whether you are seeking support for mental health conditions, chronic stress, life transitions, trauma, or a better understanding of yourself, therapy is for everyone. She offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment conducive to authentic self-reflection where individuals can safely explore experiences, social constructs, patterns, and relationships which have shaped the course of their lives, in order to live with purpose and fulfillment.
