CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you give us 24-hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide us with 24-hours of notice will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment that was booked (applies to aesthetics and massage clients). For clients receiving medical services (i.e., physiotherapy, mental health, NP services), you’ll be charged a flat fee of $50 for cancellations without notice. The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. For physio services, clients can contact Angela directly for a cancellation at angela@oasiswellnesscoldlake.com or Bethany at bethany@oasiswellnesscoldlake.com
Please note that cancellation fees cannot be submitted through your benefits or insurance.
