My passion is sharing the gift of self healing. All healing is self healing and as a Reiki instructor and practitioner I find my joy in introducing you to the natural art of hands on healing.

My 10+ years of working with Reiki has also led me to work with mindfulness, meditation, crystals, and intuitive work. I provide a variety of workshops in all these areas.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki can also improve symptom relief and overall health and well-being as well as:

Bring on a meditative state.
Foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery.
Stimulate your body’s immune system.
Promote natural self-healing.
Relieve pain and tension.
Support the well-being of people receiving traditional medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and kidney dialysis.

We are also welcoming Melanie Diamond to the team! Melanie is a CranioSacral Therapist who will be offering services starting May 2.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
