CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised, in order to avoid penalty we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment time.
In the instance of notice of cancellation or change of physiotherapy services within less than 24 hours via phone or email angela@oasiswellnesscoldlake.com, or in the case of failure to give notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied and payment will be collected at the next appointment. Cancellation of services within less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
Please note that cancellation fees cannot be submitted through your benefits or insurance.
