Our Red/NIR Light Therapy Mat is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Safe, painless, and backed by science, it’s used to improve skin tone and texture, reduce inflammation, boost collagen production, ease joint and muscle pain, and support cellular repair.
For best results, we recommend utilizing this service at least once a week, starting with a shorter treatment and working up. With consistent use, results are usually seen within 1-3 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you give us 24-hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide us with 24-hours of notice will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment that was booked (applies to aesthetics and massage clients). For clients receiving medical services (i.e., physiotherapy, mental health, NP services), you’ll be charged a flat fee of $50 for cancellations without notice. The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
